The holiday house is very central situated in a little romantic valley only 6 minutes from the Rhine-River and a good starting point for discovering the Unesco heritage of "Upper Middle Rhine" ( Ruedesheim to Loreley )

The house has been newly renovated and offers a living ares of 150 sqm with two bedrooms, two toilets with shower, a well equipped kitchen and a living-dining room.
Has nice, cozy rooms, terraces front and behind the house, a souna in the basement, eautifully waxed land of about 2000 m², a cabin with veranda and sunbathing area on the hillside and daer the house.
Furtehrmore a garage and /or parking space, pool shared... here almost everything is available and possible.

Sauerthal is a refuge of dreamy natural quiet and relaxation between rolling hill sides and dark forests. In September you need`t go for a big walk if you want to witness the annual deer rut and experience "live" the impressive roar of the red deer stags. Ther are 3 or 4 of them arround the village and they proudly present their "new" family whenever they want....

Sit comfortably on terrace to the slope and forget everything around you at the sight of forest and meadow.

There is for Internet a free WIFI and a a land-line telephone as Sauerthal lies in a wireless coverage area ( only 0² works ).
