This villa has been finished in 2000 and 2010 completely renovated and newly furnished. It provides all possible amenities including air conditioning, addition to a beautiful architectural design. It lies on a large 17,468ft2 (1623M2) corner plot in a quiet area surrounded by other villas on a wide canal intersection of the corsica canal and offers access to the Gulf of Mexico as well as a dream of a view.

The house offers of a very big boat dock and sun deck integrated in the 191 feet long sea wall. The furnishing itself is a very individual and noble one. A big pool including whirlpool of 14 by 30 feet which can be electrically or solar heated also belongs to the house.

You can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the generous west facing and partly roofed terrace. Or just have a barbecue by the gas grill.

Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dreamlike, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
