The 7 spacious apartments furnished in South Tyrolean style offer you a wonderful view over the gigantic mountain world of South Tyrol. Breakfast and dinner will be served in the South Tyrolean lounge with a cosy, warm tiled stove. Do you love to cater for yourself? No problem… use our sandwich service. Next to our residence there is a farm where you can see cows, calves, pigs, cats, rabbits and chickens in their natural environment. Farmer “ Hans” will answer all your questions you have about the farm.

Coming from the North/Brennero or the South on the motorway A22, exit Bressanone/Valle Pusteria. Exit direction Brunico/Val Pusteria (E45) and after approx. 3 km before the tunnel, turn right direction Rio Pusteria. From Rio Pusteria you reach Maranza driving along the approx. 8 km long panorama-street.
Coming from the East of Val Pusteria, you turn right 24 km after Brunico, direction Rio Pusteria and from there over the panorama-street to Maranza.
