This holiday cottage is one of our personal favorites that we recommend for a memorable holiday with family and/or friends. On the 14.000 m² large, fully fenced in property is the fully equipped house with 200 m² of living space.

This holiday cottage is one of our personal favorites that we recommend for a memorable holiday with family and/or friends. On the 14.000 m² large, fully fenced in property is the fully equipped house with 200 m² of living space. 3 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with ever 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms with tub and hair dryer (2 of them en Suite). Large living/dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and access to the terrace, kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment. Car port for 2 cars, electric door, central heating and Internet access by Wifi are also included.
The outdoor area consists of several, partly covered terraces with garden furniture and BBQ area. Pool with pool terrace, outdoor shower, sun loungers and umbrellas. Around the house the garden is planted with grass, ideal for children to play football.
To Arta with the monastery of San Salvador, the prehistoric settlement Talayot de Ses Paisses, shopping, outdoor cafes, banks, post office are about 4 km. To Canyamel with the sandy beach is also 4 km. Within a few minutes by car you reach several golf courses (Canyamel Golf, Capdepera Golf, Pula Golf) tennis courts, riding stables, diving schools and sandy beaches.
Special tips: The natural sand beaches of Arta (Cala Torta &Cala Mitjana) and the caves of Arta.

Unfortunately, pets are not welcome.
