The floor space amounts to 65 square meter. The room layout presents itself as follows: two sleep areas, a dwelling with kitchen as well as a shower with wc. The kitchen installed in summer 2004 equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker with electrical baking-oven, vapor departure as well as all other necessary devices e. g. washing machine, cool and freezer, mixer, coffee machine, table-ware etc. Television with german program is present. The large bedroom is equipped with double bed and large wardrobe. Bedlinen and towels are sufficiently present. The enclosed garden of the holiday house La Musica covers approx. 1000 square meter. A terrace with garden furniture is available.

The holiday house "La Musica" lies in the Campo Mayorazco in the proximity of the city Conil de la Frontera. Up to the beach or to the local centre of Conil there is only 5 minutes with the car. A tennis court which can be rented for little money borders on the holiday house. Purchase possibilities and restaurants are in the city Colorado or in Conil. The geographical situation to the atlantic ocean and the open and strange-friendly kind of the inhabitants makes your vacation in CONIL de la Frontera to a special experience. Touristical and culturally interesting places, handicraft and traditional activities make this wonderful andalusian village and its environment to a place, which you does not forget no more. Here you find peace, the contact with nature and a various offer which only few places offer to you. Its old part of town kept the attraction of the andalusian villages.

Gut ausgestattetes, großzügiges Ferienhaus
Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses (Spül- und Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Bettwäsche & Handtücher) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen großen, schön angelegten Garten mit Terrasse. Allerdings liegt das Haus etwas abgelegen, so dass sowohl Conil de la Frontera als auch der nächste Strand nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind (jeweils ca. 10 min).
Die örtliche Betreuung durch die Verwalter des Hauses war hervorragend.
Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
Conil ist als Ferienort sehr zu empfehlen: es gibt sowohl einen großen Sandstran als auch einen kleineren Strand an der Steilküste, Conil bietet viele Tappasbars, Eisdielen und Restaurants. Ausflugsziele wie z.B. Sevilla, Tarifa oder Cadiz sind gut zu erreichen.

Nahezu perfektes Feriendomizil
Alles ist so, wie es in der Beschreibung steht, sauber und gepflegt, Ausstattung und Betreuung OK.
Dass das Haus nicht direkt am Meer liegt, weiß man ja wenn man bucht, Anbindung nach Conil etc. aber bestens.
wir kommen gerne wieder ins La Musica.

Eine erholsame Familienwoche
Wir konnten unsere knappe gemeinsame Familien-Urlaubszeit mit 2 Jugendlichen optimal verbringen, denn das Haus erfüllt alle Bedürfnisse, es liegt sehr ruhig aber trotzdem gut erreichbar , bietet genügend Raum für 4 große Menschen , ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt ,der Garten ist genial zum Lümmeln und Entspannen , da er uns auch in der großen Hitze genügend Schattenplätze bot, auch das Auge fühlt sich geschmeichelt unter den Palmen und alten Bäumen. Er bietet aber auch genügend Platz für Ballspiele und Jungsgetümmel . Zum Strand und nach Conil benötigt man ein Auto, aber alles liegt in kurzer Entfernung und bei den vielen Möglichkeiten zur Erkundung der näheren und weiteren Umgebung ist es eh sinnvoll, einen Wagen zu mieten. Der Kontakt zu den" Betreuern "des Hauses vor Ort war sehr nett und die Tips zu Anfang äußerst hilfreich, Danke ! Und wenn wir wieder mal ein paar Tage gemeinsam urlauben können, kommen wir gerne wieder. Andalusien besuchen und im la musica wohnen....eine gute Kombi. Und die Strände erst-----super!!!!!!Wir haben einige ausprobiert und waren immer zufrieden. Ein Sonnenschirm ist allerdings ein Muß, da es an den weiten Stränden sonst keinerlei Schatten zu finden gibt. In Conil gibt es einen großen China Markt, wo man solches Equipment ( Schirme, Schlappen etc. )günstig erstehen kann.

Schönes und günstiges Ferienhaus
