In 2008 new fully restored appartment complex. Our "apartment hotel" is situated in a bright and serene position above S. eonardo (a 10 minute walk from the town centre) and consists of 10 comfortable, luxuriously furnished apartments with large bathrooms and terraces looking out onto breattaking countryside. Enjoy the hearty buffet breakfasts! We also have an indoor pool with a panoramic view, sauna, massages, guided hiking tours and free car-parking. The hotel has its very own spring source of the "most mineral-rich" water in South Tyrol.

You will find our place a bit above the village, but nevertheless only 10 minutes of walking time away from the village centre.
From every angle of our hotel and apartments you can enjoy the amazing panoramic view over three valleys (the Passeier Valley, the Back Passeier Valley and the Walten Valley) and the surrounding mountains (the Ötztal Alps, the Texel Nature Park and the Sarntal Alps).

St. Leonhard is the main village of the Passeier Valley, and place of birth of the famous Tyrolean freedom fighter Andreas Hofer. The idyllic location of the village leads up to the Passo Giovo and is part of the Texel Nature Park. Thanks to the modern infrastructure with its specialised stores, restaurants and bars, the pleasant climate and the unique position, the village of St. Leonhard is the ideal place for a holiday full of activity and relaxation.

Como encontrarnos:

From Munich on the German motorway Kufstein – Innsbruck – Brenner, take the exit at Sterzing, over the Passo Giovo (Jaufenpass, 2094m) in direction to St. Leonhard (40km from Sterzing). The Residence-Hotel Bad Fallenbach is the first house to the right at the beginning of the village.

On the motorway from Munich to Sterzing and further to Bolzano, take the exit Bozen Süd/Bolzano Sud and continue on the freeway MEBO to the town of Meran/o. Take the exit Meran Süd-Sinnich/Merano Sud-Sinnigo and continue in direction to Passeier Valley. Arriving in St. Leonhard, drive through the village and you will find the entrance to the Residence-Hotel Bad Fallenbach on the left side (last driveway).
