Das Ferienhaus Mohrenhäusl liegt direkt am Hotel 3 Mohren, einem der traditionsreichsten Häuser des Ötztals. Es bietet auf einer Wohnfläche von 98m2 Raum für bis zu 6 Personen und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, eines verfügt zusätzlich noch über eine Schlafcouch. Das gemeinsame Badezimmer ist geräumig und behindertengerecht ausgestattet mit Doppewaschbecken, Badewanne, Dusche und WC. Im lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer befindet sich die Küche mit Eckbank und Esstisch sowie die ausziehbare Fernsehcouch. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man direkt auf die Terrasse und von dort auf die großzügige Liegewiese des Hotel 3 Mohren, auch stehen die Einrichtungen des Hotels zur Verfügung, wie Wellnessbereich, Tennisplatz, kostenloser Fahrradverleih und vieles mehr.
Das Ferienhaus bietet weiters Sat-TV, Telefon, W-Lan und eine behindertengereiche Austattung.

Embedded in the Ötztaler Alps, the village after which the valley was named is set in the foothills of the 3000m Acherkogel mountain. Thanks to the mild climate, Oetz was already very popular with holidaymakers at the end of the 19th century. Since then, the beautiful landscape, central location, and the myriad leisure possibilities have made Oetz one of the most popular holiday resorts in Tirol. After the extension of the Hoch-Oetz ski area, the village has experienced a real boom. But Oetz has more to offer than powder snow and jovial get-togethers in cozy alpine huts.
